Rain Comes From Heaven...

...straight to my window. It was a lousy day. Rain, rain, and more rain. Just so you know, I hate, wait...make that strongly dislike...lots of rain. It makes me depressed. So with rain it's rather impossible, for me at least, to go out to shoot pictures. Suddenly, while looking out my window, I was inspired by the simple drops on the glass. And this picture was the result. God is good...and I was happy, even with lots of rain. =)

Macro

Macro photography is my passion. Until I purchase a macro lens (it'll be awhile) I intend to keep practicing with my 18-55mm lens. =) I took this picture of my mom's lily about a month ago. When I uploaded it to my computer, fully intending to edit it, I discovered it looked great! So here it is, no editing done, and I am one happy person. ha! =)
